Once again we have been rained out of the COPE course.  However, Saturday is going to be a beautiful day so we will not let it go to waste.  Everyone who is working on the Citizenship in the Community badge needs to rack up some community service points and we've got a great opportunity for this.  The COPE course has suffered greatly because of the rain and they need our help.  We will leave Saturday morning from Linden at 8:00 am and go to Camp Lewis to help them spread out wood chips on the course.  We need everyone to bring a rake or shovel with them.  We will also continue to work on our Survival badge while at the camp.  We will spend the night in lean-tos and homemade shelters and return Sunday mid-day.  Patrols should plan to cook together (I trust you will be prepared).  Senior patrol members and adults should plan to bring something for lunch, dinner and breakfast.
