Canoe Trip

Hello All,

As most of you know we'll be having our annual father/son canoe trip this weekend.  As in years past everyone will meet at the camp Friday night whenever they can get there. You are on your own for Dinner Friday night .  You can find directions here: http://www.tenmileriver.org/gen/other/directions.shtml

We will be canoeing approximately 25 miles on Saturday and 12 miles on Sunday.  Scouts will be camping by patrol and fathers will have the option of sleeping in the bunk house (newly remodeled) or in their own tents.  Food will be provided for Saturday and Sunday.

Please note:  We are at a different cabin this year.  We will be staying at "Health Lodge B" rather than our traditional cabin.  It is located about a mile past the old cabin.  You'll need to turn in where the Scout Camp office is located (on the left) and follow signs.

I can be reached at 973-650-3232

We'll see you all there!

Jeff

    River report:
River is running high. Water levels are about a foot higher than the past few years.
That means less rocks and less padelling.
Water temperature is in the 60s.
