Upcoming Trip - March 28 & 29, 2009
Hello All,
We've got a great trip coming up March 28 and 29. Originally we had planned to do some biking on the Delaware but we'll wait and do some biking on the five-day. Instead, we're going to canoe to a primitive site in the Pine Barrens for an overnight. Plan to leave Linden at 9:00 AM Saturday 3/28. Everyone should bring a lunch. We'll discuss other specifics at this Monday's meeting.
I'd like to have as many parents join us on this trip as possible. Also, because we have to pay cash for the canoes I'll need a firm commitment Monday as well as cash the day of the trip for anyone who's going. The cost is $40 each. There will probably be an additional food cost for Scouts who are camping by patrol. More information to come soon.

If any families have "dry" bags we could borrow for the weekend, please bring them to the meeting on Monday night. We'd like to put an extra set of clothes, for each scout, in the dry bag. Be prepared !
